M Screen Solar Shades for residential or commercial use is available in two different openness factors (or densities) and 7 different colors. The 5% openness is 95% dense and filters out 95% of the light and UV. The 3% openness is 97% dense and filters out 97% of the light and UV. Denser weaves provide better glare, fade and heat reduction but less outward visibility. Colors closest to white reject 30% more heat than darker colors. Darker colors give sharpest outward visibility. All transparent shades provide daytime privacy only.
North Solar Screen takes cords and child safety seriously. Our shades are available cordless (recommended where young children are present.) All chain shades have cord safety tensioners to reduce the hazards of cord strangulation or entanglement or they can be motorized. PRICING | COLORS

Shades are shipped with all the necessary hardware. Our brackets are universal so shades can be mounted inside the frame, outside the frame or from the top down. Chain lengths are 3/4's of the way down the shade. Please specify if you need longer chains.
