Privacy Notice
Solar Shades LLC will not sell or rent information we collect from you. We collect the necessary information only to complete your order.
Production Times
We will give you the approximate lead time when you order, and email you the tracking number as soon as it ships. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once shades leave our premises.
Ordering Process
The next step is for you to approve the quotation by signing where indicated and returning it to us. Our electronic signing process makes this easy. We cannot begin processing your order until we receive confirmation with your signature. Full payment is also due at time at this time.
Shipping Policy
We ship through SEKO, Old Dominion, UPS, FedEx and DATS. When we send you the tracking number, we will include a detailed list of what to look for and what to do in case of a problem. If you see damage or suspect damage, you must sign for it that way so that we can collect on the insurance we have placed on your items. Replacement parts under warranty are standardly shipped UPS Ground or FedX Ground. If you want expedited shipping you may pay the difference between ground and air.
