We do not take orders online so that we can guide you through the entire process. Please call or email us to place an order. This way our friendly team of experts can make sure you have measured correctly and that you are getting the right product for your needs.
We do not provide measurement or installation services, but require you to email pictures of where you plan to install so we can properly guide you. Should you need help with installation we have a technical support department available. We do not come out to troubleshoot or service shades. Call or email with any questions.

Here are some simple guidelines we suggest for how to navigate the site and begin choosing the correct shade fabric and construction.
To Begin:
Go to the homepage and hover your mouse on either INDOOR SHADES or OUTDOOR SHADES
Select the desired category beneath each picture within the navigation.
A quick description of each shade type will be presented. Find the product which suits your needs and click View Shade for details.
Next:
Order Free Samples by clicking either the orange or blue tab on the page. We read and respond to every sample request personally so please make sure you answer the questionnaire that asks about your solar problems and provide as much information as possible. This helps us determine if you are ordering the right shade for your needs. We will also require pictures of where you are planning to install to better guide you in your application. We might also make suggestions that could save you money!

Measuring and Installation:
We do not come out to do the measuring and installs. We have detailed Measuring and Installation videos and PDF’s on our website. We are happy to help guide you in your application once you send pictures. We also have a tech department that can help you should you run into problems during the installation.
Once order is complete you will receive an estimate quotation via email. Please read it over carefully and review all dimensions listed. To get your order into production you will need to E-Sign the quotation to approve it (follow the prompts) and then call in with a credit card. The invoice link we provide will allow you to E-sign easily, though you may also choose to send us a copy by fax (978 475 6496), scan, email, mail, or text message.
We cannot begin production on any orders prior to receiving your signed approval and full payment information.
